Great Piano Lessons in Brooklyn Heights
Located near every major subway train: A, C, F, M, R, 2, 3, 4, 5 Trains
My studio is in a spacious room in my home and is ample in size for parents to sit in and share the lesson. The piano studio and my home are decorated with beautiful works of art by New York City artist, Michael Mut. Click on his name to view his website.
The Piano
I teach on a 2006 Estonia full-sized Grand Piano. Estonia Pianos are fine, European handcrafted pianos. For more information, you'll enjoy Estonia's website at www.estoniapiano.com
Students sit on a professional performance bench that is fully adjustable to accommodate all sizes and allow for the maximum comfort and correct height necessary for proper skills development. I also have a foot stool for youngsters whose feet don't yet reach the floor.
Parents and guests
Parents and guests will find comfort in the studio where they may enjoy the lesson...and participate, too!
Recitals
There are 2 recitals per year at the end of the Fall and Spring sessions. Also, the lesson studio expands to accommodate approximately 15-20 people. I encourage performing, and regularly offer the studio for intimate recitals and studio classes. Be sure to check the calendar for upcoming events.
